RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Pyoor. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

RETURN WINDOW
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your request must be submitted within this period.

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

- Unopened and unused
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your order number  or proof of purchase

Please note that due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on any opened or used items.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return, please contact us at hello@pyoor.co with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without first receiving confirmation from our team.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

We typically respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hello@pyoor.co with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@pyoor.co.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:

- Opened or used products
- Items not in their original packaging
- Sale items
- Gift cards

EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange a product, the quickest way is to return the eligible unopened item and place a new order once your return has been accepted.
