SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Pyoor. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY

Domestic Shipping (Malaysia):
Standard delivery: 3-5 business days
Free shipping on orders over RM125
Shipping fees for orders below RM125 will be calculated at checkout.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your order status.

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe please contact us at hello@pyoor.co and we will investigate immediately.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Pyoor is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address please contact us immediately at hello@pyoor.co. We will do our best to update your address before dispatch but cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order is processed.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Pyoor is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

If your order is lost in transit please contact us at hello@pyoor.co and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship within Malaysia only. International shipping will be available in the future — stay tuned for updates.
